Divine Health Services is seeking an exceptional Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer to join our organisation and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across our care, HR, recruitment and sponsorship functions.
This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about ensuring safe, high-quality care and robust regulatory compliance. As part of our leadership and governance structure, you will help shape and strengthen the systems that keep our organisation safe, compliant and well-led.
In this role, you will oversee compliance with Home Office sponsor licence duties, CQC regulatory requirements, Local Authority contracts and quality standards, and internal HR, recruitment, onboarding and workforce processes. Your work directly supports safe care delivery, strong governance, and full regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate sponsored worker files in line with UKVI requirements
Monitor right-to-work, visa expiry, absences, and reportable changes
Support internal audits and Home Office compliance visits
Ensure rota allocation meets contracted hours for sponsored workers
Oversee document verification, training compliance and staff file quality
Support interviews, scoring and compliance for CoS-eligible candidates
Ensure all new starters complete required induction and competency checks
Assist with internal quality audits, observations, and evidence gathering
Support the Registered Manager in achieving high CQC standards
Identify risks and implement corrective action plans
Conduct regular audits across HR, training, recruitment, care planning and incident reporting
Maintain risk registers, audit logs and compliance dashboards
Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports for senior management
