A registered nurse will carry out a comprehensive clinical assessment of your needs — at home, in hospital, or at a care home. This assessment alone is valued at over £350.
Your personalised digital care plan is created by our clinical team, covering every aspect of your care from medication to mobility, nutrition to night-time support.
Three complete days of care delivered by a dedicated, directly employed carer — matched to your needs, preferences, and personality. Fully documented via our DHS Care Platform.
The 3-day free care offer is available to new clients who meet the following criteria.

Our implementation programme ensures a seamless transition from your free trial into ongoing care.
1. Eligibility: The offer is available to new clients of Divine Health Services only. One offer per household. The client must require a minimum 12-week care commitment.
2. Care Types: The offer applies to live-in care, visiting care (minimum 14 hours per week), and overnight care (minimum 3 nights per week).
3. Service Area: The offer is available within our current service area covering the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and Staffordshire.
4. Assessment: All clients must complete a nurse-led assessment before care begins. The assessment is provided free of charge as part of the offer.
5. Free Period: The first 3 days (72 hours) of care are provided at no cost. This includes all care hours, travel charges, and carer costs. The free period begins from the first scheduled care visit.
6. No Obligation: At the end of the 3-day free period, the client and family may choose not to continue. In this case, no charges will apply and no further obligation exists.
7. Continuation: If the client chooses to continue, care transitions seamlessly into a paid arrangement. The agreed weekly rate applies from day 4 onwards. A signed care agreement is required before the paid period begins.
8. Cancellation: If care is cancelled during the free period, no charges apply. If care is cancelled after the free period, standard notice terms apply as per the care agreement.
9. Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or introductory offers. Divine Health Services reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.
10. Data Protection: All personal information collected during the eligibility check and assessment is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
There is no catch. We are confident that once you experience The Divine Standard of care, you will want to continue. The 3 free days give you the opportunity to see the quality of our carers, our digital platform, and our nurse-led approach first-hand.
You simply tell us and we will end the care arrangement. You will not be charged anything for the 3 free days, and there is no obligation to continue.
We match carers based on your needs, preferences, personality, and location. If you are not happy with the match during the free period, we will arrange an alternative carer.
Once your nurse-led assessment is complete and your care plan is agreed, we can have a carer in place within 24 hours.
Yes. If you require overnight care as part of your package, the first 3 nights are included in the free period.
The offer is per household, not per individual. However, if a couple requires care, both will receive care during the 3-day free period.
